The program offers daily theoretical modules in a learning center and visits to a training provider in Neuwied.

• General Upper School Education or Vocational Upper School Education
• Contact friendliness and enjoyment of getting to know customers
• Interest in trade and our goods from toom
• High degree of communication skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team and later independently leading yourself
• High demand, resilience and a lot of talent for self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for the re-training to become a trading manager)
