The Nachwuchsführungskraft training program for trainees offers them a chance to develop their leadership skills in the retail sector. The program is structured over 18 months and offers an opportunity to gain a trade certification and assistant for apprentices. It involves working within a team, gaining skills from the store's assortments, and supporting customers and management.

Requirements

• General university degree or higher vocational university degree
• Contactability and enjoyment of dealing with customers
• Interest in trade and our garden assortment
• High degree of communication skills
• Enjoyment working in a team and later also leading yourself
• High degree of self-discipline, resilience and much talent for self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for further training to/from becoming a tradesman/woman)
