Requirements
- General university degree or higher vocational university degree
- Contactability and enjoyment of dealing with customers
- Interest in trade and our garden assortment
- High degree of communication skills
- Enjoyment working in a team and later also leading yourself
- High degree of self-discipline, resilience and much talent for self-organization
- Regional flexibility (for further training to/from becoming a tradesman/woman)
