We are looking for a future leader to join our Abiturient & Trade Executive Program for Future Leaders in the garden department of our toom hardware store. The program includes an apprenticeship and further education to become a trade executive and trainer.

• General higher education entrance qualification or vocational baccalaureate
• Contact friendliness and enjoyment of dealing with customers
• Interest in trade and our garden assortment
• High level of communication skills
• Enjoyment of working in a team and later leading one
• High level of initiative, stress resistance, and talent for self-organization
