We are looking for a future leader to join our toom Garden Centre through an apprenticeship program. You will be integrated into our company, learn about the retail and toom processes, and acquire specific specialist knowledge. After 18 months, you will become a junior leader and take further training to become a trade manager.

Requirements

• General high school diploma or vocational high school diploma
• Contact pleasure and fun in dealing with customers
• Interest in retail and our garden product range
• High level of communication skills
• Fun in working in a team and later leading one
• High level of commitment, resilience and a lot of talent for self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for the further training to become a trade manager)
