As a Retail Salesperson Training at PENNY, you will learn the ins and outs of retail, from ordering to market placement, and support customers in the store and at the cash register. You will participate in unique projects, such as sustainability competitions and festival stores, and receive internal training and digital learning offers. After completing your training, you have the opportunity to be taken over into an unlimited employment contract.
