We are looking for a trainee to become a merchant in retail, special field of food (m/w/d) to join our team in Berlin. We offer a 3-year training program with a guaranteed full-time or part-time job after completion.

Requirements

• Responsible for the market, have the product range in sight, and advise customers professionally.
• Conducting counseling and sales conversations
• Organization of goods and overall market (e.g. inventory, procurement, and storage of goods, as well as personnel planning)
• Targeted implementation of advertising and sales promotion measures in line with current trends
• Working with digital market and cash register systems, as well as getting to know and evaluating sales statistics
