The Head of Revenue Management is responsible for strategic planning and optimization of revenue and profitability development for the entire hotel group. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, operative control, team leadership, analysis & reporting, market observation, system optimization, interface management, system implementation, change management, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, hotel management, tourism, or a comparable academic qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in revenue management, ideally in a leading position or in cluster management
- Experience in international hospitality or within a hotel company is an advantage
- Proven successes in increasing revenue and profitability KPIs
