Manager Tax Processes (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Manager Tax Processes to lead our tax processes and drive the continuous improvement and automation of our tax processes forward. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tax processes, a strong understanding of SAP systems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Manage the implementation of new tax processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Develop and maintain tax processes and procedures
• Analyze and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure teams are equipped to use new tax applications effectively
• Model tax-relevant processes according to the BPMN standard
• Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation of processes
• Improve internal processes through the use of modern technologies, such as MS Power Platform or AI solutions
