Requirements
- Experience in handling mixing machines, wolf machines or similar equipment for batch production
- Knowledge of raw material preparation, charging and documentation
- Safe handling of hygiene regulations and quality assurance systems like HACCP or IFS
- Basic knowledge of weighing equipment operation and recipe control
- Sense of responsibility for product quality and food safety
- Good German knowledge in writing and reading
