Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager/Market Manager Assistant, you will support the market management in all tasks and take on responsibility as a leader. You will contribute to a pleasant and respectful working culture and have the opportunity to take over one of our REWE markets as a self-employed merchant or open a new location.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the food retail trade
- Professional experience as a (assistant) manager in sales
- Performance motivation, organizational skills, and result-oriented working style
- Leadership competence, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working hours from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 22:00
