As a team leader, you will be responsible for technical and disciplinary leadership, planning questions, and building matters. You will lead the planning managers and the regional CAD team, accompany regional expansion as a project partner, and negotiate building descriptions and steer relevant planning topics.
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable academic qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HOAI performance phases 1-7, ideally with a focus on phases 1-4
- Leadership experience in the described context
- Funded competences in project management or project control, preferably with a focus on project development
- Experience in leading internal and external project teams
- Self-reliance, responsibility, assertiveness, and team spirit
- Strong leadership skills, communication skills, self-organization, conversation, moderation, and problem-solving skills
