We are looking for a Sales Team Leader Garden to lead our area and team, and to be a role model for our employees. You will be responsible for handling customer concerns, leading your team, and making decisions on complaints and requests.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, e.g. as a merchant/saleswoman in retail or wholesale trade
• Experience in leadership and employee development
• Team ability, communication strength and decision-making pleasure
• Knowledge of evaluating numbers via a logistics system
• Experience in prioritizing daily business and quick understanding
