We are looking for a Trainee - Leadership Trainee for the Target Position Garden Center Manager. The trainee program will last 15 months and will provide training in logistics, sales, business numbers, and personnel-related topics. We are part of the REWE Group and operate over 300 markets nationwide.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in the green industry
• First-hand experience in retail or other customer-oriented industries
• Good plant knowledge
• Mobility and willingness to complete the trainee program at various locations
• Desire for leadership, motivation of employees, and entrepreneurial success
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality, and confident appearance
