Trainee - Nachwuchsführungskraft für die Zielposition Gartencenterleiter (m/w/d)

REWE is seeking a trainee to support its garden center. This program provides 15 months of learning, including logistics, sales, and operational training. The trainee will gain hands-on experience and receive support throughout the entire program to support a successful garden center operation. They are open to new ideas and eager to learn.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in green industry (horticulture, landscaping, forestry, horticulture, etc.) or a master's degree with a focus on horticulture.
• Experience in trade or customer-oriented industries, as well as good plant knowledge.
• Mobility and willingness to travel to different places.
• Passion for management, motivation of employees, and entrepreneurial success.
• Strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and a confident attitude.
