- Completed vocational training or professional experience in the retail trade or in (system) gastronomy
- Interest in processing and processing meat and fresh products
- Joy in dealing with people and passion for retail
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in a shift model
