• Completed commercial education, preferably in the food retail industry
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Flexibility to work in a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Motivation to learn and develop new skills
