We are seeking a part-time Plant Salesperson to join our team. You will provide friendly and competent advice to customers, create merchandise orders, and arrange plant assortments. Experience in retail trade, knowledge of plant assortment areas, and strong communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Experiences in the retail trade, e.g. as a merchant/merchant in retail/trade (m/f/d), salesperson, customer advisor or in the crafts, e.g. as a gardener, greenhouse gardener, florist, garden/landscape builder or as a cross-industry entry from another industry
• Knowledge in one of the assortment areas Bed & Balcony, Shrub, Greenhouse, Indoor Plant or experiences as a hobby gardener
• Joy in direct contact with customers, the sale of our products as well as communication strength and solution orientation
• Organizational skills, e.g. for the independent prioritization and structuring of daily business
• Openness to the use of digital work tools and warehouse management systems
