Requirements

• Studies in economics, business education, pedagogy, adult education, business administration, or a comparable degree
• First practical experiences in personnel development, (higher education) didactics, training, or adult education
• Secure handling of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Independent working style, communication strength, and a self-confident, friendly, and open demeanor
