Rex is a young, dynamic veterinary practice and technology startup from Berlin, founded in 2021, with a mission to optimize medical care for four-legged family members.
Rex has made it its mission to help animal owners care for their best friends as best as possible. To achieve this, we want to redesign veterinary care from the ground up, focusing on the satisfaction and development of our team members and a better customer experience. You conduct routine and professional consultations, empathetically taking into account the individual needs of our patients and clients. With your experience, you support junior colleagues in their daily work and provide them with advice and guidance.
With your professional competence and practical experience, you perform examinations and draw up findings independently and pass on your knowledge willingly.
You help us identify optimization potential in the practice's daily operations and improve it. In doing so, you communicate your new ideas clearly and are given the freedom to implement them with the team.
In addition to the consultation, you coordinate the practice processes, with the central team taking over the administrative processes.
Appointments, findings, referrals, prescriptions, and invoices are processed digitally wherever possible. This simplifies your work and you have fun integrating and improving the processes.
You enjoy further developing yourself and are open to further education or already bring your field of expertise, which you would like to establish and expand to make the practice a little better every day.
