Rex has made it its mission to help animal owners take the best care of their best friends. To achieve this, we want to redesign the veterinary care from scratch, focusing on the satisfaction and development of our team members and a better customer experience. We need your experience and perspective to improve our practice performance.

In June/July 2024, we will open our first practice in Hamburg. We are just starting and are putting together a sharp team - you will be a significant part of us!

Your tasks

• Practice operations: You welcome the furred patients and their owners, and you are the central contact person for them.
• Assistance: After a thorough and individual induction, you assist your veterinary colleagues in the consultation hours with examinations, surgical interventions, and help with the processing of samples.
• Digital administration: You are the central user of digital solutions in the practice. You bring your ideas actively and help make them better every day.
• Future shaping: Your ideas and experiences are absolutely central to the development of our solutions.
• Simple instead of 100% phone: We can unfortunately not promise you that you will not have to phone anymore, but we can say that it will be significantly less than before. You coordinate appointments mainly with the help of digital bookings.

Your skills and experiences

• Successfully completed training as a veterinary nurse
• Possess safe handling of small animals and a large passion for improving the patient experience in veterinary clinics
• You are an affable and approachable contact person for customers and colleagues, and you answer questions empathetically and professionally
• Large interest in digital topics and ideally first experiences with digitalization in practice operations
• Safe handling of common practice management and administrative software
