Your tasks

• Practice operation: You dedicate yourself, besides the daily practice, to the management of the practice and support the leading veterinarians on site, but are also always ready to lend a hand to your team at the reception, in the waiting room or in the operating room.
• Communication: You are a local contact person for our TFA team in the practice, always have an open ear and act respectfully and empathetically. You are also the interface between the practice team and the office.
• Digital administration: You are the central user of digital solutions in the practice. You bring your ideas actively and help to make them better every day.
• Future shaping: Your ideas and experiences are absolutely central in the further development of our solutions.

Your skills and experiences

• Successfully completed training as a veterinary medical assistant
• Safe handling of small and domestic animals, optional first experiences in leadership and a great passion for improving patient experience in veterinary practices
• You are a friendly and approachable contact person for customers and colleagues and answer questions empathetically and professionally
• You have a great interest in digital topics and ideally first experiences with digitalization in practice operation
• The handling of common practice management and administrative software is part of your working day
