Practice management
You will focus on managing the practice and supporting the team on site. Your daily tasks will include tasks such as order management, billing checks, shift and illness management, but also complaint management and ensuring smooth processes and optimizing the economic performance of the practice.
You are the local contact person for our Rexies in the practice, always have an open ear and act respectfully and empathetically. You are also the interface between the practice team and the office team and steer the introduction of new processes and changes in everyday life.
Your ideas and experiences are absolutely central to the further development of our solutions. You have a close connection to our office team and shape the development of Rex in all areas (processes & routines, software features, etc.) on site and as a company.
Preferably successfully completed further education as a practice manager and/or as a TFA
Min. 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with first leadership responsibility
Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers and employees
Passion for animals, as well as passion for improving the customer and employee experience in veterinary practices
Room to grow in practices that belong to a rapidly developing company
A strong and newly thought-out culture
Young, open, and on a first-name basis with regular feedback conversations that really take you further
