After our clinics in Berlin and Hamburg have taken root, we will start in Cologne at the end of 2024 and assemble an excellent team for this purpose!

Your tasks:

• Practice operation: You will receive patients and their owners and will be the central point of contact for them.
• Assistance: After a thorough and individual induction, you will assist your veterinary colleagues in the consultation hour, examinations, and operations, and help with the processing of samples.
• Digital administration: You will be the central user of digital solutions in the practice and bring your ideas to the table to make them better every day.
• Shape the future: Your ideas and experiences are absolutely central to the further development of our solutions.
• Easy instead of 100% phone: We can't promise you won't have to phone anymore, but it will be significantly less than before. You coordinate appointments, mainly with the help of digital bookings.

Your skills and experiences:

• Successful completion of training as a veterinary technician
• Successful handling of small animals and a great passion for improving the patient experience in veterinary clinics
• You are a friendly and approachable contact person for customers and colleagues, answering questions empathetically and professionally.
• Great interest in digital topics and ideally some experience with digitalization in practice.
• Secure handling of common practice management and administration software
