Technology Intern – AI and Automation (Summer 2026)

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. is seeking a Technology Intern - AI and Automation to support their enterprise AI and automation initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Technology team and cross-functional partners to design, build, and operationalize AI Agents and automated workflows that streamline core business processes.

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and applied business use cases
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Copilot, Excel, and SharePoint is a plus
• Exposure to prompt engineering, data extraction, or workflow automation preferred
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and an interest in improving business processes
