Vice President of Operations

Rezilient is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and scale operational excellence across the organization. The successful candidate will develop systems, processes, and infrastructure to support growth and operational efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with a strong strategic mindset and operational execution skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate shared services or operations
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role, building processes and systems from scratch in a multi-site, multi-regional healthcare or health tech organization
• Experience launching 'de novo' sites across multiple states, with expertise in operational planning, regulatory coordination, and market deployment
