Electrical Engineer – Power Distribution

RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of power distribution systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related renewable energy components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in solar or energy storage
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards
• Strong understanding of AC and DC power systems
• Experience with schematic capture tools and CAD platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
