Mechanical Engineer - Engine and Cooling Systems

RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to work on engine and cooling systems for construction & forestry equipment. The selected candidate will create models and prints, support factory with durability and production builds, and provide technical guidance and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Agricultural Engineering or related degree
• 2+ years of demonstrated product design or relevant mechanical engineering experience
• Proficient in 3D Modeling software (Creo Preferred)
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
