Job Description
RFA Engineering is seeking a Senior Front-End Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces. The selected candidate will work with an experienced, collaborative engineering staff to deliver high-quality, user-focused software solutions.
Requirements
- Consistently write bug-free, well-tested, and maintainable front-end code using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable front-end features within a fast-paced, collaborative development environment
- Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and back-end engineering teams to translate product vision and requirements into high-quality, production-ready software
- Optimize application performance through refactoring, tuning, and usability improvements
- Support the rollout of new features and enhancements by integrating insights from user behavior, system monitoring, and product feedback
