Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to work with our engineering team to design and develop innovative mechanical solutions for building technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in 3D CAD software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, product engineering, or quality engineering
• Proficiency in engineering principles including but not limited to structural mechanics and electronics
• Proficiency in 3D CAD - (CREO preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience or hobbies
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
