Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Appian Lead Developer with strong expertise in design and development to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex business processes and solutions using the Appian BPM platform.
Requirements
- 6+ years of IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM, including Process Designer, Appian Web APIs, and UI development
- Experience leading development teams and driving project success
- Proficiency in Agile implementation, including SCRUM, sprint planning, and continuous integration
- Knowledge of Appian integration with other systems using REST/SOAP web services
- Ability to create scalable and efficient designs using best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
