Job Description
Join the Future of Asset Management in Saudi Arabia and contribute to the Kingdom's Vision 2030. We are seeking passionate Saudi professionals to join our growing Asset Management teams across property, facilities, and engineering domains.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in FM, engineering, or asset-intensive industries
- Proficiency in asset management systems (IBM Maximo, City Works, GIS)
- Experience in preventive maintenance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to lead small teams and manage projects
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 in strategic asset management
- Proven leadership in municipal or aviation infrastructure projects
- Expertise in ISO compliance, lifecycle planning, and capital investment
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Chartered status or membership in IAM, CIBSE, IET preferred
