Requirements
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
- Continuously monitor specialized equipment and interpret patient data to provide optimal care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care outcomes and patient safety
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage treatments in compliance with evidence-based practices
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and nursing care according to the Texas Nurse Practice Act
