Job Description
The Market Development Manager will develop and execute tactical value creation and demonstration field activities to support the sales organization, Health economics, and Healthcare providers. The role will work to demonstrate the value of our clients' technologies, including using tools, templates, and scripts to work closely with key insurance personnel, disseminate market access materials, and influence and educate potential hospital customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in market access, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and shift decision making
- Team player with strong alignment with sales management and distributor partners
