Role Overview

Seeking an experienced financial institution Controller-level resource to support / oversee accounting operations, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.

What You Will Do

Execute and monitor accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Produce complete and accurate financial reports and maintain an adequate system of accounting records.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in mid-sized banks. Strong knowledge of GAAP, banking regulations, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in mid-sized banks
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, banking regulations, and regulatory reporting (Call Report, Y9C)
• Experience with Oracle
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SmartView preferred
