Senior Accounting Consultant

Role Overview

As a Senior Accounting Consultant, you will partner with clients by supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit compliance. You may lead and/or support a team to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. Requires 4 days onsite in Midtown Manhattan, NY.

What You Will Do

Very hands-on accounting support, including assisting with Payables, account reconciliations, record cash transactions, and misc. account analysis.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will bring a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, 3-7 years of related experience, and experience with MS Office technical skills, specifically with MS Excel. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA, CMA, CIA or CFE preferred
• 3 – 7 years of related experience
• Experience with MS Office technical skills, specifically with MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
