Job Description
RH is seeking an Associate Gallery Leader to drive the growth and customer experience of their luxury home furnishings business. This role involves leading and developing teams, showcasing the brand's aesthetic, and ensuring a positive and dynamic environment. The leader will focus on strategy, execution, and the right talent development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others
- Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility
- Results-driven
- Comfort in physical demands (lifting up to 25lbs)
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
