Job Description
RH Hospitality is seeking an Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within the design galleries network. This role involves partnering with the leadership team, developing team members, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality.
Requirements
- 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadership
- Legal authorization to work in the country applying
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
