Job Description
RH is seeking a Gallery Facilities Leader to provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities. This role involves leading and coordinating facility maintenance and housekeeping teams, ensuring safety and operational excellence, and managing budgets. Requirements
- Lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department
- Oversee building and grounds maintenance (landscaping, parking lot, HVAC, etc.)
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA, Food Safety, & HAZMAT regulations
- Hire, train, and manage maintenance associates
- Monitor capital expenditures and contract negotiations
- Manage budgets and coordinate with contractors
- Adaptable to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays
