Job Description
RH Outlets are seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to lead a high-energy, results-driven sales team in delivering unexpected and extraordinary experiences for customers. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader who educates, motivates, and empowers their team to exceed goals while embodying the RH brand.
Requirements
- Drive sales performance by setting clear goals and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Ensure all Team Members are trained in product knowledge and selling techniques to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
- Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards and timelines
- Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
- Maintain elevated brand standards in all aspects of merchandise presentation, store appearance, and customer interactions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
- Uphold operational excellence by ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
