Administrative Assistant provides operational and systems support to the Regional Business Manager and program leadership to help ensure accurate administrative, financial, and documentation workflows across the business location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to learn and effectively use operational systems such as Workday, Ramp, Therap, and internal reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
