Bachelors Level Therapist-Mental Health Worker.

We are hiring for a Bachelors Level Therapist-Mental Health Worker to join our team at RHA Health Services. The position involves providing individual, family, and parent therapy sessions using the ESFT model, supporting families in managing crisis situations, and maintaining compliance with CASSP principles and regulations. The successful candidate will be a positive and personable individual with a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, previous experience working with children and families, and a valid driver's license. The position offers flexible hours and scheduling, as well as a great deal of on-the-job training.

Requirements

• BACHELORS Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology.
• Have 12 college level semester hours in humanities or social services plus 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker
• Be a licensed RN plus have 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required background clearances (FBI, Childline, Criminal, driving record)
• Previous experience working with children and families in any setting
• At least 1 year working with children and adolescence in the CASSP system
