Job Description
We are hiring a Behavioral Health Program Manager to provide day-to-day operational leadership and program support for behavioral health services. The role involves supporting program structure, workflow, staffing coordination, service delivery expectations, productivity, documentation compliance, and overall program functioning. The Program Manager will work closely with Directors, Team Leaders, and other staff to ensure services are delivered effectively, timely, and in alignment with agency standards, payer requirements, and quality expectations.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or Higher
- 1+ years full-time experience with population served
- License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, Permit issued by governing board regulating human service profession
- Ability to complete criminal background check, name check in registries, drug testing, education verification, and other credentialing based on position requirements
- Ability to drive and provide transportation for individuals if required
