Job Description
We are hiring for Care Manager / Adult / Child / Behavioral Health. This is a hybrid position that requires travel within and surrounding the county. It offers some flexibility in the structure of the schedule.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a human service field or equivalent
- Experience in care management, coordination, or case management
- Valid driver's license
- Clinical license preferred
- Reliable transportation
