Job Description
We are hiring for a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and mental health and substance use challenges. The job involves providing support and services to address the person's goals and desired outcomes, while relying on direction and supervision to accomplish the job.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Preferred (TN))
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers' license
- Conflict resolution
- Some computer skills preferred
- Decision making
- Communication skills
- Ability to maintain good work attendance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
