Job Description
We are hiring for a Direct Support Professional / PT at RHA Health Services. The role involves managing residential homes, supervising employees, and providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position requires a positive and personable individual who can make a real difference in people's lives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required, Associate Degree in a health related area; or two years’ experience in a health related field preferred
- One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities
- Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed
- Provide CPR after certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
