Job Description
RHA Health Services is hiring a Behavior Specialist to work with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges. The role involves implementing behavior programs and support systems, collecting and recording data, and providing training and feedback to staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience with the population served
- Valid drivers' license and automotive insurance
- Ability to read and interpret professional journals and technical procedures
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- CPR, first aid, NCI and/or other role specific certification
