Licensed Clinician / Behavioral Health Team Lead

We are hiring for a Licensed Clinician/Behavioral Health Team Lead to join our team at RHA Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating services, supervising staff, and providing clinical supervision to employees.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinician/Behavioral Health Team Lead role requires a positive and personable individual who can work with individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and people facing mental health and substance use challenges.
• Must have a general working knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, employee supervisory experience, and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes complete criminal background, name checked in registries, drug testing, education verification, and proof of employment history or references.
