Job Description
We are hiring for an LPN position at RHA Health Services in Goldsboro, NC, to provide professional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, with a pay range depending on experience, and a regular schedule. The job involves providing holistic nursing care, assisting with medication administration, and advocating for individuals with IDD. The ideal candidate is a positive and personable individual with a nursing license and CPR certification, who can communicate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team and individuals with IDD.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program
- Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing
- Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification
- Must be able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as the people supported and their families
- Must be able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work tasks
