PA Behavioral Health Quality Assurance Director

We are hiring for a PA Behavioral Health Quality Assurance Director. The job requires previous behavioral health experience and at least 5 years of experience working with persons with behavioral health needs. The position involves overseeing the quality assurance department, conducting audits, and providing training and development opportunities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Human Services field
• At least 5 years' experience working with persons with behavioral health needs
• Previous supervisory experience
• Prior experience with auditing service records and employee files, reporting outcomes, and quality management systems
