Residential Maintenance Technician

We are hiring for a Residential Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on facilities, equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of general maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in company-sponsored training and certifications (e.g., CPR, first aid)
• Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and respond to emergencies effectively
• Effective communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, inspectors, and individuals served
• Competency in estimating project costs and managing work within budget
